Shipping

We offer a door to door delivery within South Africa and selected international destinations.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 3pm (SAST) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

South Africa

Delivery takes 1 – 5 business days in major cities and up to 7 business days in outlying areas. While we make make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries via FedEx & UPS. Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout and include applicable taxes and duties. This means there are no additional charges on delivery in most cases.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and local courier networks. Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply in their country.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Liora Organics can not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please review your delivery and contact information before completing your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before dispatch.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, opened products, or products that have been used.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method . Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
