How do you deliver?
All orders placed on this site will be delivered via a door to door courier service within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Door to door delivery takes 1 – 5 business days, outlying areas may take up to 7 business days.
Do you use Pep Paxi?
Yes, we do. Please order on WhatsApp. Delivery via pep takes 3 – 5 business days.
How long does it take to see results?
Most of our customers start seeing visible improvement in as little as 4 weeks. However, individual results may vary depending on the root cause of your hair concern. For the best outcome, we recommend using the products consistently for atleast 3 to 6 months. Consistency is key!
Are your products for all hair types and genders?
Yes, our products are for all hair types, all hair textures and genders
Are there any side effects?
There are no reported side effects. Although our products are plant-based and formulated with gentle ingredients, some individuals may still be sensitive or allergic to certain herbs. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Do your products contain Minoxidil?
No. Our products are only infused with Ayurvedic herbs and natural oils.
Where is your shop, can I come & collect?
We are an online store – no physical shop yet. However, collection from Johannesburg can be arranged, please contact us.
