Shipping

All orders placed on this site will be delivered via a door to door courier service, within South Africa only. 

We ship from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery takes 1 – 5 business days in main centres and up to 7 business days in outlying areas. While we make make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier issues may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be responsible for any reshipment and extra costs for orders returned to us, shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double check your delivery and contact information before completing your purchase.

Refunds

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly refund or replace the product. Please provide sufficient proof immediately after receiving your item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
